Reliability Testing

1.The Cover Lens IK10 Rating Testing

This video is about the cover lens IK10 rating testing of a 55-inch outdoor advertising machine. After three times being impacted, the product is still good. It’s perfect to pass the test. If you are looking for stronger protective outdoor products, you can consult us.

P.S. What are IK Ratings?

IK ratings are an international classification which help to classify products by their resistance to impacts by kinetic energy in joules (J) following IEC 62262 (2002).

IK ratings are defined as IK00 to IK10.

IK code and impact energy (values changed in Amd 1:2021)

IEC 62262 specifies how the enclosure must be mounted for testing, the atmospheric conditions required, the quantity and distribution of the test impacts and the impact hammer to be used for each level of IK rating. The test is carried out by a Charpy pendulum impact tester.

2.Water-proof Test

Most of Techtion Smart’s products have IP65 front-end waterproof function, which can meet the needs of customers for various applications. You don’t have to worry about the display’s touch function failing when the products are applied outdoors on a rainy day. Below is a video of the waterproof test of Taixin’s 55-inch product. If you are interested, you can contact us after watching the video.

P.S. What is IP65?

IP65 consists of IP6X and IPX5. IP is the abbreviation of Ingress Protection. The IP level is the protection level of the electrical equipment shell against foreign matter intrusion, such as: explosion-proof electrical appliances, waterproof and dust-proof electrical appliances. The source is the International Electrotechnical Commission’s standard IEC 60529, which was also adopted in 2004. For the American National Standard.

3.Constant Temperature and Humidity Test

The environment where products are stored and worked has a certain temperature and humidity, and some environments have relatively high temperatures and humidity. If the product is exposed to such a high temperature and humidity environment for a long time, its performance and lifespan will be affected to a certain extent. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct constant temperature and humidity tests on the product to understand the performance of the product in this aspect. If it does not meet the requirements, the product needs to be improved accordingly.Techtionsmart is in pursuit of quality,so you can look this video to learn our 32 inch monitor.

P.S. What is the constant temperature and humidity test?

The constant temperature and humidity test uses a temperature and humidity chamber with heating, cooling, humidification, and dehumidification functions. Before the test, check whether the relevant functions and performance of the product are normal and take pictures. Then place the product in the temperature and humidity chamber, turn it on and set the temperature. Temperature, humidity and test duration of the humidity chamber. For example, 70°C, 95% humidity, test for 168 hours. After setting up, let the temperature and humidity chamber work and the test begins.
